Hyper v switch rdma setup

I currently have rdma passing using dskspd but i am unalbe to get it working on hyperv network switch. i ahve attaached the mellanox snapshot and i am not sure what is going on it all looks good. when i run the script out there that is called cluster health check i get this error. is there a script out there to see if i have all the settings proper in my cluster for my hyper v setup. i feel like i am missing something. I ran the cluster validation is see no issues. Mellanox adapters firmare and drivers are up to date.  below is the error. please advise.
