event ID 12622 Enabling change tracking failed for the drive 'C:\ClusterStorage\Volume1\xx\Virtual Hard Disks\xx.vhdx'. (Virtual machine ID xxxxx)

Hi,

i have a  Hyper-V cluster, managed by the Failover Cluster Manage and try to live migration one VM from host 1 to host 2,

live migration is success, but we found error on  host 2 , this event id : 12622 Enabling change tracking failed for the drive 'C:\ClusterStorage\Volume1\xx\Virtual Hard Disks\xx.vhdx'. (Virtual machine ID xxxxx)

why this error occured? i'm already searched on google, but did not find a solution for this event id, can anyone help?
